Latest Update: KSeF Mandate Timeline in Poland
The Polish Ministry of Finance has confirmed the revised rollout of mandatory e-invoicing through the Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) platform:
Voluntary Phase
- Active since January 2022
Mandatory Phase for B2B (Domestic):
- Now scheduled for Feb 1, 2026
Scope
- Applies to all VAT-registered businesses in Poland issuing structured invoices
Cross-border transactions
- Still use traditional invoice formats (outside KSeF)
Real-time submission is required. Invoices must be sent to KSeF before they’re considered issued.
