He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Industrial Electronics from the University of Pune, with Post Graduate Diplomas in Marketing & Sales, International Trade, and Financial Management.
As Executive Director, Tejinder Oberoi spearheads strategic initiatives that propel Cygnet forward. He expertly navigates the intersection of technology and business driving innovation and growth through visionary leadership, business development, infrastructure development and innovation incubation.

Tejinder is also a prominent figure in the business community, serving as Vice President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Gujarat Chapter. He also served as the Immediate Past Chairman of GESIA IT Association, where he played a key role in advancing Gujarat’s IT industry.
